Pam Rainer, M.S.W., LMSW, has extensive experience managing federally funded projects in the areas of trauma, behavioral health, community mental health, homelessness, and recovery. As a senior program manager at AHP, she manages project deliverables, technical assistance (TA) activities, and product development. Ms. Rainer is a member of AHP’s federally registered Institutional Review Board (IRB), the entity responsible for protecting the rights and interests of AHP’s research subjects. Prior to joining AHP, she served as regional president and board member of a statewide housing group and chaired several committees at the local planning level. Ms. Rainer was the former mental health services director for a large human service organization in upstate New York, where she developed model programs, policies, and procedures.
