As Chief Operating Officer of Advocates for Human Potential (AHP), Jenn provides executive leadership focused on operational excellence, strategic growth, and mission-driven impact. She brings extensive experience in behavioral health transformation and large-scale program management to her role.
Before becoming COO, Jenn served as AHP’s Vice President of the Center for Training, Technical Assistance, and Consulting (CTTAC), where she led cross-functional teams in developing and implementing administrative entities, workforce development programs, training and technical assistance activities, and community-based interventions at a national level. She played a crucial role in the division’s, restructuring large-scale projects, and streamlining internal processes to improve efficiency and client outcomes. Prior to that, as Deputy Director of the Center, she partnered in the launch of AHP’s enterprise Project Management Office (PMO), introducing standardized project oversight that increased accountability and efficiency. She also designed leadership development programs that enhanced staff capabilities and expanded the organization’s reach.
A champion of person-centered leadership, Jenn is committed to fostering high-performing teams, streamlining processes, and advancing AHP’s mission to improve health and human services systems nationwide.
Jenn holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and Project Management Professional (PMP). She will graduate with her Master of Business Administration at Arizona State University in 2026.
