Keely McCave, M.P.A. is a Senior Consultant at Advocates for Human Potential (AHP) serving as a county liaison supporting the Behavioral Health Bridge Housing (BHBH) project. Keely has over 15 years of experience leading nonprofit programs including 10 years leading housing programs in San Francisco, CA at Hamilton Families and in Santa Cruz, CA at Housing Matters. Keely has expertise in planning and developing homelessness alleviation housing assistance programs, including several Housing First rapid rehousing and eviction prevention programs. Keely has over 16 years of successful monitoring and compliance experience with a variety of government grants; HUD, CDBG, ESG, HOME, SSVF, HPRP, VOCA, CNCS and localized county grants. Keely has extensive experience collaborating with local Continuums of Care (CoCs) and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for her local CoC in Billings, Montana. Keely has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of San Francisco and a Master of Public Administration degree from San Francisco State University.
