Brian B. Jones, M.A., M.B.A., PMP, is the Real Estate Operations Director at Advocates for Human Potential (AHP). Mr. Jones has more than 20 years of dynamic real estate development experience across acquisitions, brokerage, entitlements, development, construction management, property management, asset management, and risk management. Mr. Jones has directly managed the ground-up development of multiple large-scale real estate assets, including medical centers, office, mixed-use, affordable housing, senior housing, and multifamily and single-family homes with total development budgets in excess of $500 million. Mr. Jones also has an academic background in research psychology, behavioral health, and holistic health. Since 2000, Mr. Jones has worked with homelessness solution groups, foster care services, affordable housing developers, architects, community planners, and Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) services at the state and local municipal levels in California. Mr. Jones is based in San Diego, California and is an active member of the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA), U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and LEED, the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association. Mr. Jones earned his M.A. in psychology from Stanford University and his M.B.A. in sustainable real estate development from University of Colorado at Boulder.
