Martina Durant, M.P.A., is a senior program manager for Advocates for Human Potential (AHP), where she is a member of the workforce development team. She has more than 10 years of experience specializing in program design, implementation, and evaluation in the public education and nonprofit sectors. Throughout her career, Ms. Durant has worked with hundreds of young people through caseload management and coordinating holistic learning opportunities and support systems that prepare youth and young adults for college and career success. She has content expertise in youth development, community engagement, recruitment, retention, strategic planning, and collaborating with teams to embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into organizational culture and daily operations. Ms. Durant earned her B.A. in political science from Hampton University and her Master of Public Administration degree from Syracuse University.
