Real Estate Acquisition and Development Manager

Chris Strickfaden, M.B.A., is a real estate acquisition and development manager at Advocates for Human Potential (AHP). Currently, he works on projects to expand California’s statewide behavioral health infrastructure, filling gaps for underserved locations and populations. He provides technical assistance and quality assurance for applicants and partners in the Behavioral Health Infrastructure Program and Community Care Expansion Program. Mr. Strickfaden has 30 years of institutional corporate real estate experience; over time he has built expertise in industrial, commercial, multi-family, and medical office redevelopment. He is also experienced in property acquisitions, design and construction, real estate contract law, corporate real estate strategy, and portfolio and risk management. Mr. Strickfaden earned his M.B.A. from Loyola Marymount University.
