Euna Ra-Smith, M.S.W., LCSW, is a deputy director at Advocates for Human Potential (AHP) for the Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Program (BHCIP). Ms. Ra-Smith has extensive experience working with youth and young adults in therapeutic settings for behavioral health issues. She is also an experienced trainer in the areas of trauma-informed care (TIC) and prevention of commercial sexual exploitation of children. She has served as senior director of campus services for Casa Pacifica Centers for Children & Families and chief clinical officer for Optimist Youth Homes and Family Services’ residential, shelter, and community-based mental health programs. She has worked with supporting youth who are justice involved, youth with trauma histories, and youth at risk of homelessness, SUDs, and other behavioral health issues. Ms. Ra-Smith earned her master’s degree in social work from the Boston College Graduate School of Social Work.
