Olu C. Haynes, MBA, PMP, PSM-I, is the Director of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) department at Advocates for Human Potential (AHP). He is an expert project manager and scrum master with extensive experience leading organization-wide process improvement projects. He is proficient in managing all stages of the project life cycle, from initiation to closing, with expertise in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Mr. Haynes leverages his MBA studies to implement strategic initiatives and drive continuous process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. His core competencies include business process analysis and design, coaching, communication skills, complex client relationship management, negotiation, program management, remote project management, requirements gathering, risk assessment and management, software applications development, strategic implementation, and technical team leadership. He is skilled with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and software app development, and with Python, Power BI, and Unanet. Mr. Haynes earned his M.B.A. from the University of Oxford, Oxford, England, and his B.S. in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Professional Scrum Master-Level I (PSM I).
