AHP Continues Longstanding Partnership with SAMHSA with Award of Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contracts
AHP has been awarded three Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (SAMHSA IDIQ) type contracts. Contracts are for five years and are awarded on a performance-based basis. AHP was selected as a prime contractor in three domains:
- Domain I: Feasibility, Pilot and Evaluation Projects
- Domain III: Policy Analysis and Program Related Projects
- Domain V: Technical Assistance and Training Projects
These awards will enhance the extensive work done in partnership by AHP and SAMHSA in evaluating and conducting policy analysis and technical assistance and training to address challenges in mental health, substance use disorder, including the opiate crisis, and homelessness, among other topics.
AHP will serve as a subcontractor on the other two domains:
- Domain II: Statistical Projects
- Domain IV: Communication Projects
Throughout SAMHSA’s 25-year history, AHP has been a strategic partner. We are proud of the work we have done over the years with SAMHSA in advancing evidence-based behavioral health prevention, treatment, and recovery services. This award allows us to continue the important work of improving the systems of care that address mental health and substance use disorder issues with all the accompanying social challenges like trauma, homelessness, housing, unemployment, and more.
