AHP Debuts WRAP® Care Cards and WRAP® Conversation Cards

The image shows two sets of supportive cards:

Top Set: "Breathe in... chill out" and other encouraging messages. Branding: "WRAP Care Cards."
Bottom Set: "HELLO, I'M... Going to be uniquely myself" and other supportive notes. Branding: "WRAP."

In celebration of Wellness Recovery Action Plan’s (WRAP’s) 25th anniversary, Advocates for Human Potential, Inc. (AHP) is debuting two colorful decks of cards that can be used by individuals, in a group, or as part of a WRAP seminar.

They can also be used in peer support groups, classrooms, or with a group working on WRAP or general wellness.

The WRAP® Care Cards deck contains 50 beautifully illustrated motivational quotes, affirmations, and suggestions for wellness activities. The statements are based on the WRAP key concepts of hope, personal responsibility, education, self-advocacy, and support.

The deck of 50 WRAP® Conversation Cards contains 25 unique statements, each used twice. The cards state “Hello, I’m…” before offering a statement describing an emotion or feeling. The cards can be used in WRAP seminars as a conversation starter, in support groups as an icebreaker, or a way for group participants to let others know how they are feeling that day.

The decks are available individually or as a bundled set in the WRAP bookstore.

WRAP is a simple and powerful evidence-based practice created by peers that is used by people around the world to create the life and wellness they desire.

AHP owns and publishes all WRAP books and products through Human Potential Press.
