AHP Hires Bonni Brownlee, 2020-2021 NCQA Quality Award Winner

Advocates for Human Potential, Inc. (AHP) welcomes to its ranks Senior Consultant Bonni Brownlee, who just received the prestigious 2020-2021 National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Certified Content Expert Quality Award. The award was given in recognition of Brownlee’s significant contributions in clinical practice transformation toward adoption of the PCMH model of care, resulting in a practice or practices achieving NCQA PCMH Recognition. Brownlee will be working out of Lodi, California, as part of AHP’s nationwide staff.

Brownlee has joined AHP as the senior consultant to lead the company’s growth in primary care consulting practice. Her breadth and depth of expertise in the PCMH and federally qualified health centers space allows AHP to expand its services to these clients at a time when primary care providers are growing their share of the important accountable care organization market nationally.
“I love the richness of this work. I am excited to bring my experience in clinic operations and quality improvement to AHP where I can lead clients to demonstrate value through implementation of integrated service delivery models and expanded care management/care transitions services,” said Brownlee.

Brownlee is a career healthcare consultant and quality management professional with expertise in health program/systems design, healthcare operations and compliance, health service integration, performance improvement/change management, and integration of health information technology (HIT). She provides effective knowledge transfer and enduring tools to enable clients to sustain efficiency and capacity gains toward improved operational performance.

In this era of big data, population health management and value-based payment models, the addition of Bonni Brownlee to our multidisciplinary team is a strategic benefit for all our clients and very exciting for those of us who get to work closely with her. It’s a privilege to call a true thought-leader your teammate. Her commitment to quality improvement and unparalleled understanding of clinic operations is key to bringing real behavioral health and social service integration, parity, and equity to fruition.
