Kimberly Grice, CSM, CCMP, is the legal program manager at Advocates for Human Potential (AHP). She is a certified project manager, Scrum Master, and change practitioner with a servant-leadership focus. Ms. Grice has more than 20 years of experience providing superior customer service and strives to support a consumer-first mindset while providing equal support to those team members on the front line. She focuses on building relationships and driving results while creating a positive working environment. By honoring differing perspectives, she helps teams leverage their strengths to meet both their own and their clients’ goals. She has expertise in helping teams successfully navigate transitions, encouraging and fostering teamwork while using the ADKAR (awareness, knowledge, ability, reinforcement) change management process. She works collaboratively across cross-functional teams to find creative solutions that ensure clear paths to success while maintaining the highest level of compliance and integrity. Most recently, she comes from an information technology team and brings with her the ability to understand both the business and technical aspects of projects.
