Linda J. Frazier, M.A., RN, MCHES, principal consultant, and director of addictions initiatives at Advocates for Human Potential (AHP), has extensive leadership and consulting experience in public health policy and behavioral health clinical services at the state and national level. She has been a leader in improving quality and implementing research-based practices in organizations and systems for more than 35 years. Ms. Frazier’s work has included direct clinical services, operations management, executive coaching, consulting, and training in behavioral health and addictions. Ms. Frazier has experience providing training and technical assistance (TTA) on agency-level and large-level systems change/implementation of evidence-based practices with of medications for addiction treatment, withdrawal management, criminal justice, and integration of behavioral health and primary care. Ms. Frazier has served as program chair for national and international conferences since 2010, managing steering committees, abstract review, and conference planning efforts focused on public health research, policy, and best practices in state and national alcohol and drug policy. Before joining AHP, she worked in Maine state government for 10 years and last served as associate director of treatment and recovery services and designated SSA for the Maine Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services (SAMHS).
