Deputy Program Director

Sheronna Quinine, M.A., is the deputy director for the California Department of State Hospitals-Incompetent to Stand Trial Program at Advocates for Human Potential (AHP). Before joining AHP, Ms. Quinine was the Program Director for Bridge Home, a residential homeless facility that provided onsite, intensive case management services to veterans, and linked clients to various support services. During her tenure, she grew the Bridge Home census from 22 to approximately 60 in a few months. She also initiated partnerships with on-campus programs, built program infrastructure, defined service delivery metrics and operational best practices and policies, and oversaw daily operations. Other work in homelessness services include serving as Director of Homeless Services for East Valley Community Health Center, serving as acting Executive Director of the KEYS for Life program at Housing Authority of San Bernardino County, and previously as its Director of Supportive Housing. Ms. Quinine holds a master’s degree in organizational management from the University of Redlands and an A.S. in child development from Mt. San Antonio College.
