Tamara (Tam) Mackroy, M.S.H.S., PMEC, Lean 6σ, is the senior project manager of administrative services at Advocates for Human Potential (AHP). Ms. Mackroy is a results-driven professional with more than 20 years of experience in leading, creating, and cultivating programs in human services, health care, and government organizations. She has strong conceptual abilities in needs assessment and process improvement, and she is passionate about the regulatory environments and policies on which social programs and services are built. As a paraprofessional, it is her goal to aid in the strategic planning and redevelopment of organizations’ business and finance operations, compliance processes, and levels of quality assurance against risks—ultimately, contributing to the best environment possible for individuals in need of assistance. Ms. Mackroy received her Master of Science degree in human services (M.S.H.S.) from Walden University.
