Senior Program Director

Randi Moberly, Ph.D., is the senior program director of the Illinois Opioid Settlement Initiative at Advocates for Human Potential (AHP). Dr. Moberly has more than 20 years of experience in a wide range of healthcare settings. Her primary focus has been on creating strategies to strengthen state healthcare systems by improving access to comprehensive, integrated care and enhancing their system to provide recovery-focused, whole-person care across multiple settings. Dr. Moberly places emphasis on establishing and nurturing relationships with state substance use authorities, funders, and community partners to co-develop and implement strategies to address community-level needs. She is a powerful advocate for whole-person health, social justice, equity, and diversity, especially for minoritized people in the context of substance use treatment, leadership, training, and integrated models of healthcare delivery. Dr. Moberly holds a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Northern Illinois University.
