Claudia Dumond, M.S., is Vice President, People and Culture at Advocates for Human Potential (AHP). She is a human resources executive with more than 20 years of experience across the financial services, hospital, life science and media industries supporting revenue growth, expense management, mergers and acquisitions and business strategy.
Ms. Dumond has both broad general experience and highly specialized capability in organizational effectiveness, employee relations, strategic business and project planning and government relations in highly complex, evolving matrixed organizations. She has the proven ability to identify, attract, develop, and mentor high performing global teams. Ms. Dumond earned her M.S. in Urban Policy Analysis and Management from The New School’s Milano School and her B.A. in Political Science and African American Studies from Bates College.
