At the Intersection of Behavioral Health and Hope

Service BriefsLast updated: Sep 23, 2024

We all navigate various intersections in life. AHP’s mission is to address where behavioral health intersects with physical healthcare, housing, social services, criminal justice, education, employment, and more.

These intersections are complex and interdependent, but our goal is straightforward: By collaborating closely with government agencies, provider organizations, and strategic partners, we strive to make these intersections safe, efficient, productive, effective, and equitable.

Why? Because it is at these intersections that people often find hope.
