Standards of Ethics and Business Conduct for AHP Vendors

The successful business operations and reputation of AHP are built upon the principles of fair dealing and ethical conduct. Our reputation for integrity and excellence requires careful observance of the spirit and letter of all applicable laws and regulations, as well as a scrupulous regard for the highest standards of conduct and personal integrity. All Subcontractors and Consultants engaged by AHP are subject to all the terms and conditions within the respective Standards of Ethics and Business Conduct documents as linked below (“Code of Conduct”). An AHP Vendor’s performance of services, delivery of a product, or issuance of an invoice to AHP establishes assent to the Code of Conduct, which terms may be modified only in writing, signed by both parties. This Code of Conduct may be reviewed, updated and distributed periodically.
