Reshma Ryan, J.D., M.B.A., currently serves as the Acting General Counsel at Advocates for Human Potential (AHP), where she advises the company on legal risk and enhances the operational efficiency of the legal department. With a strong background in legal operations, Reshma brings a strategic approach to the role, streamlining contract processes and engaging with external counsel to ensure comprehensive legal support.

Before stepping into her current role, Reshma was the Director of Legal Operations at AHP, where she played a pivotal role in optimizing the company’s legal workflows and implementing advanced contract management systems. Her experience in both legal and operational management has equipped her to lead AHP’s legal team through complex legal landscapes with efficiency and precision. Ms. Ryan is a barred attorney in the state of Florida. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics with a minor in business administration, as well as a master’s degree in business administration and Juris Doctor from Stetson University.
